Whole Wheat Bread (Kitchen Aid)

Ingredients

  • 2 ⅛ c hot water
  • ¼ c oil
  • ¼ c honey ( I use one half molasses)
  • 1 ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp soy lecithin
  • c vital gluten
  • 400 mg vit c powder
  • 1 heaping tbsp + 1 heaping tsp yeast
  • 4-7 cups of whole wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Combine 1st seven ingredients on low adding about 2 c of flour, add yeast, when well mixed switch to a dough hook. Add flour until dough stops stocking to bowl sides. let run until 7-9 minutes. Form 2 loaves put in well sprayed pans

  2. Bake at warm oven setting (150-180) 25 minutes

  3. Bake at 350 another 25-30 minutes til brown.

  4. Butter or oil top of crust while hot.
