- 2 ⅛ c hot water
- ¼ c oil
- ¼ c honey ( I use one half molasses)
- 1 ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy lecithin
- ⅛ c vital gluten
- 400 mg vit c powder
- 1 heaping tbsp + 1 heaping tsp yeast
- 4-7 cups of whole wheat flour
Combine 1st seven ingredients on low adding about 2 c of flour, add yeast, when well mixed switch to a dough hook. Add flour until dough stops stocking to bowl sides. let run until 7-9 minutes. Form 2 loaves put in well sprayed pans
Bake at warm oven setting (150-180) 25 minutes
Bake at 350 another 25-30 minutes til brown.
Butter or oil top of crust while hot.
