- ½ c butter
- ½ c whipping cream
- ¾ c grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Heat butter and cream in 2 qt. saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until margarine is melted.
Stir in cheese, salt, and pepper.
Note - freshly grated Parmesan will result in a thinner sauce than when canned cheese is used.
