Ingredients
- 1 can vegetarian refried beans
- 1 packet of chili seasoning mix
- 2-3 oz. reduced fat sour cream
- 1 small tomato, diced.
- 2-3 oz. shredded cheese
- 1 bag of Fritos (for dipping)
Instructions
Mix beans and chili powder, spread in bottom of a pan (preferable with a lid).
Layer sour cream on top of bean mix.
Sprinkle with diced tomato & cheese.
Dip into it, I like Fritos but whatever your pleasure.
