Feel Better Soup

A chicken soup devised during the Great Family Plague of 2014. Prep designed for minimal effort.


  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 box (4 c.) chicken broth
  • 1/3-1/2 c. Long grain rice

A few shakes each of:

  • Poultry seasoning
  • Black pepper
  • parsley flakes
  • salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in small (1 qt) crockpot. Cook on high 3 hrs. Shred chicken & return to crock; mix well & serve.
