A chicken soup devised during the Great Family Plague of 2014. Prep designed for minimal effort.
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 box (4 c.) chicken broth
- 1/3-1/2 c. Long grain rice
A few shakes each of:
- Poultry seasoning
- Black pepper
- parsley flakes
Combine all ingredients in small (1 qt) crockpot. Cook on high 3 hrs. Shred chicken & return to crock; mix well & serve.
