Pie-Less Chicken Pot

Basic chicken pot pie recipe, without the pie crust, for nights when I'm feeling lazy. Filling, Good, Enjoyed by all.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Meijer stew veggies, frozen
  • 2 chicken breasts, frozen
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400*.

  2. Dump veggies in small dish (8x8, 9x9, 13x9, like that).

  3. Dump 2 chicken breasts on top of veggies.

  4. Cover completely with 2 cans of soup.

  5. Bake until chicken is cooked through, about an hour.

  6. Cut up chicken, return to pan.

  7. Mix well & serve.
