Basic chicken pot pie recipe, without the pie crust, for nights when I'm feeling lazy. Filling, Good, Enjoyed by all.
- 1 bag Meijer stew veggies, frozen
- 2 chicken breasts, frozen
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preheat oven to 400*.
Dump veggies in small dish (8x8, 9x9, 13x9, like that).
Dump 2 chicken breasts on top of veggies.
Cover completely with 2 cans of soup.
Bake until chicken is cooked through, about an hour.
Cut up chicken, return to pan.
Mix well & serve.
