- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- Olive oil spray
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pie crust (preferably whole wheat)
Wash kale and tear up. Spray with olive oil and bake at 400 for 5-10 min or until slightly crisped.
Slice onion and saute in olive oil until caramelized.
Layer ingredients in pie. Bake at 375 for 35-50 min.
