Garlicky Tomato Tart


  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 2/3 c sharp cheddar
  • 1/2 head garlic
  • Pate Brisee crust


  1. Flash bake crust at 425 for 6-10 min.

  2. Chop garlic and saute in olive oil until slightly crisp. Slice tomatoes into thin circles (¼"). Layer into pie and bake at 400 for 30 min or until edges are browned.
