This cake is very dense because we didn't have baking powder or baking soda. It's also low fat and low sugar. I would not make this if I were you. But if you are dieting and are used to weird foods and unsweet cakes, then try it.
- 2 lemons
- 1 tbsp poppyseeds
- 1 container vanilla probiotic yogurt
- ¼ c brown sugar
- ½ c watermelon, seedless
- 1 c flour
- ¼ c soy milk
Mix them in the food processor, adding the poppyseeds at the last minute. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
