Lemon Poppyseed Watermelon Cake

This cake is very dense because we didn't have baking powder or baking soda. It's also low fat and low sugar. I would not make this if I were you. But if you are dieting and are used to weird foods and unsweet cakes, then try it.


  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp poppyseeds
  • 1 container vanilla probiotic yogurt
  • ¼ c brown sugar
  • ½ c watermelon, seedless
  • 1 c flour
  • ¼ c soy milk


  1. Mix them in the food processor, adding the poppyseeds at the last minute. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
