Ingredients
- 1 ¼ c wheat flour
- ¼ c uncooked oats
- 1 ½ c water
- 1 cooked burger patty
- ¼ c sharp cheddar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ½ onion, caramelized
- 1/4 can tomato soup
Instructions
Chop oats and burger patty in food processor until meat is completely ground. Add cheddar, salt, pepper, onion and process together. Add flour and process again.
Transfer to a bowl. Add water and mix by hand. Pour batter into a heated waffle iron sprayed with olive oil.
Serve on plates with a spoonful of the condensed tomato soup for dipping.
