Whole Wheat Olive Oil Pie Crust


  • 2 ¼ c whole wheat flour
  • ½ c olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper (optional)


  1. Mix dry ingredients together. Add olive oil and mix by hand or in food processor.

  2. Roll out dough between 2 sheets of wax paper.
