Whole wheat olive oil pie crust
2 1/4 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)
1. Mix dry ingredients together. Add olive oil and mix by hand or in food processor.
1. Roll out dough between 2 sheets of wax paper.
Yields: 1 double 8-9" pie crust, or 2 single 8-9" crusts
