This is a great brownie recipe that is just as quick and easy as a box. This recipe can be made in 1 bowl, so it's easy to clean up too. I like to use this recipe as a jumping-off point for many different variations (nuts, chocolate mint, etc.)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ½ c Butter (I prefer unsalted)
- 2 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- ½ c Flour
Preheat oven to 325.
Melt butter and chocolate together.
Mix in vanilla.
Mix in sugar.
Mix in eggs. I use pourable eggs because the texture is great for baking.
Mix in flour.
Add your own flair. I have added Andes mint pieces, chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and other similar things before. All are yummy.
Put in greased square 9x9 baking dish (or something similar).
Bake 30-35 minutes.
