Patty's Brownies

This is a great brownie recipe that is just as quick and easy as a box. This recipe can be made in 1 bowl, so it's easy to clean up too. I like to use this recipe as a jumping-off point for many different variations (nuts, chocolate mint, etc.)

Ingredients:
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c Butter (I prefer unsalted)
2 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 c Flour

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Melt butter and chocolate together.
3. Mix in vanilla.
4. Mix in sugar.
5. Mix in eggs. I use pourable eggs because the texture is great for baking.
6. Mix in flour.
7. Add your own flair. I have added Andes mint pieces, chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and other similar things before. All are yummy.
8. Put in greased square 9x9 baking dish (or something similar).
9. Bake 30-35 minutes.
