Egg Salad

A little mix that we love to sandwich in toast for breakfast, lunch or dinner.


  • Eggs (five does a good lunch for us)
  • Salad dressing or Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Salt & pepper


  1. Boil eggs

  2. Remove shells

  3. Put eggs in a mixing bowl and begin to mash with a potato masher or fork

  4. Add salad dressing to desired consistency

  5. Add a little mustard

  6. Salt and pepper to taste

  7. Finish mashing and stirring mixture

  8. Refrigerate
