A little mix that we love to sandwich in toast for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- Eggs (five does a good lunch for us)
- Salad dressing or Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
Boil eggs
Remove shells
Put eggs in a mixing bowl and begin to mash with a potato masher or fork
Add salad dressing to desired consistency
Add a little mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Finish mashing and stirring mixture
Refrigerate
