Granola

Ingredients

  • 10 c old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 c soy flour
  • 1 c dry milk
  • 1 c sunflower seed
  • 1 c wheat germ
  • 1 c coconut
  • 1 c sesame seed
  • ½ c blended flax seed
  • 1 c honey
  • 1 c canola oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix with a spoon.

  2. Then get in with your hands and mix it all together good.

  3. Bake one hour at 220℉. Stir about half way through.
