Ingredients
- 10 c old fashioned oatmeal
- 1 c soy flour
- 1 c dry milk
- 1 c sunflower seed
- 1 c wheat germ
- 1 c coconut
- 1 c sesame seed
- ½ c blended flax seed
- 1 c honey
- 1 c canola oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Mix with a spoon.
Then get in with your hands and mix it all together good.
Bake one hour at 220℉. Stir about half way through.
