It’s dough. For pizza.
- 2 Tbs yeast
- 2 ½ c hot water
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 Tbs salt
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 7 c flour
- ¼ c cornmeal
- Cornmeal for working the dough on the countertop
Pour water and yeast in mixer.
Then add all other ingredients, adding the flour last.
Mix in mixer until you have a good dough.
Dash a little cornmeal on the countertop, then work the dough for a minute or two.
Divide the dough in two and roll out separately, using cornmeal as needed.
Put dough in pans, add toppings as desired, then bake at 400℉ for 20 min.
