Pizza Dough

It’s dough. For pizza.


  • 2 Tbs yeast
  • 2 ½ c hot water
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • 1 Tbs salt
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 7 c flour
  • ¼ c cornmeal
  • Cornmeal for working the dough on the countertop



  1. Pour water and yeast in mixer.

  2. Then add all other ingredients, adding the flour last.

  3. Mix in mixer until you have a good dough.


  1. Dash a little cornmeal on the countertop, then work the dough for a minute or two.

  2. Divide the dough in two and roll out separately, using cornmeal as needed.


  1. Put dough in pans, add toppings as desired, then bake at 400℉ for 20 min.
