A tasty vinaigrette with yummy herbs!
Ingredients
- ¼ c Dijon Mustard
- ¼ c minced shallots
- 1 c white rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar, or balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp dried mint
- 2 tbsp dried cilantro
- 2 tbsp dried basil, preferably Thai
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp dried tarragon
- 2 c grapeseed or canola oil
Instructions
In a medium non-reactive bowl, combine the mustard, shallots, vinegars, mirin, sugar, mint, cilantro, basil, thyme and tarragon. Whisk in the grapeseed oil. Use or store.
