Stove
Ingredients
- Left over brown or white rice (cold)
- 3 Tbs. oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 lb. cooked ham, diced
- 2 c. fresh bean sprouts
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 3 Tbs. soy sauce
Instructions
In a wok fry rice & ham in oil, add vegetables & saute' until tender crisp. Make a well in middle, add eggs & scramble. Stir fry just till hot. Add soy sauce, heat another minute & serve.
