Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Left over brown or white rice (cold)
  • 3 Tbs. oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 lb. cooked ham, diced
  • 2 c. fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 3 Tbs. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a wok fry rice & ham in oil, add vegetables & saute' until tender crisp. Make a well in middle, add eggs & scramble. Stir fry just till hot. Add soy sauce, heat another minute & serve.
