Ingredients
- 1 to 2 T. olive oil
- 1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 bag of small scallops
- 1 bunch of spinach
- spaghetti noodles
Instructions
Cook spaghetti noodles according to package
Heat skillet over medium/high heat. Add olive oil and bacon. Once bacon is browned, add red pepper, onion, and garlic. Once veggies are cooked through, add scallops and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes. Then add spinach. Once spinach wilts remove from heat and serve over spaghetti noodles.
