Double Chocolate Bread
warm milk, t. vanilla, egg, 1 T. melted butter, 3.4 t. salt, 3 T. (heaping) Sucanat, 4 t. unsweetened cocoa, 3 c. fresh ground hard wheat flour, 1 t. yeast, c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, t. cinnamon (optional)
Not overly sweet, chocolatey yeast bread.

Irish Soda Bread
c. fresh ground flour, 1 t. salt, t. baking soda, 1 - 2 T. honey, c. buttermilk
A moist, but heavy bread. Great toasted!
