- 1 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 c. plain, unflavored yogurt
- 1/2 - 3/4 c brown sugar
- Blueberries (or other fruit)
Stir yogurt and cream together gently with a whisk. It should be nice and thick.
Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top. Do not stir.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3-4 hours.
To serve, stir until swirled or smooth or anywhere in between.
Layer berries and yogurt cream, repeat, end with berries on top.
