Yogurt Cream And Berries

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 c. plain, unflavored yogurt
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c brown sugar
  • Blueberries (or other fruit)

Instructions

  1. Stir yogurt and cream together gently with a whisk. It should be nice and thick.

  2. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top. Do not stir.

  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 3-4 hours.

  4. To serve, stir until swirled or smooth or anywhere in between.

  5. Layer berries and yogurt cream, repeat, end with berries on top.
