Pasta Dough (With Gluten Free Conversion)

Ingredients

  • 4 c Basic Gluten Free Flour Mix (or all purpose wheat flour)
  • 1 tsp Xanthan gum (omit if using all purpose wheat flour)
  • 2 t. salt
  • ¼ c. butter
  • 1 c. boiling water

Instructions

  1. Mix all, (I used my bread machine) roll out really flat. Cut into strips for Lasagna or into circles for Ravioli. Use fresh, (lLay lasagna into pan as if it were boiled, dry noodles. Or add a meat mixture to ravioli circles and boil for 7 minutes)

  2. Can be frozen.
