A Mexican mayo sauce Use on hamburgers, etc.
Ingredients
- 2 c mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp tequila
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp pickled jalapenos
- ¼ c chopped fresh cilantro
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Pulse all of the ingredients in a food processor until combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
