- 1 c. light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1 c. loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- Omit lemon rind & basil. Substitute fresh lime juice for lemon juice. Stir together mayonnaise, juice & 2 Tbs. Asian garlic-chili sauce. Makes 1 cup.
Process all ingredients in food processor, stopping to scrape down sides. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 wk.
