Ingredients
- ¼ c. brown rice vinegar
- 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 c. fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- ¼ c. dried cranberries
- 2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Water dilute vinaigrette to taste
Instructions
In blender, combine 1st 6 ingredients. With blender still running, slowly add olive oil until well-blended. Add water, salt & pepper to taste.
