Ingredients
- ¼ c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
- Juice & zest from 1 large orange
- ¼ c. orange juice
- 1 c. cilantro leaves
- 1 Tbs. brown mustard
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender & blend well, until cilantro is finely chopped & all ingrdients are well-mixed. Best if refrigerated several hours or overnight.
Great over Asian salad, especially.
