Ingredients
- 3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Topping:
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together & sprinkle with nut topping. Spray 8X8 baking dish with cooking spray. Bake @ 350 degrees for 35 min.
