Great for potlucks and company!! I rarely ever have any leftovers with this dish!!`
Ingredients
1) Melt in 9 x 13 pan in 350 degree oven:
- 1 stick butter
- 2) Put in a bowl and beat until fluffy, then stir in melted butter,rotating pan
- to coat while pouring butter out:
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. sour cream
- (or 1 c. plain yogurt)
- 2 cans regular corn
- 2 cans creamed corn
- ¾ c. cornmeal
- ¼ c. flour (or can use more cornmeal)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 c. white or brown sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ ts. soda
Instructions
3) Bake:350 degrees--50-60 minutes until golden brown/desired doneness.
