Corn Casserole
 
Great for potlucks and company!! I rarely ever have any leftovers with this dish!!`
 
Ingredients:
1) Melt in 9 x 13 pan in 350 degree oven:
1 stick butter
2) Put in a bowl and beat until fluffy, then stir in melted butter,rotating pan
to coat while pouring butter out:
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
(or 1 c. plain yogurt)
2 cans regular corn
2 cans creamed corn
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. flour (or can use more cornmeal)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. white or brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 ts. soda
 
 
Instructions:
1. 3) Bake:350 degrees--50-60 minutes until golden brown/desired doneness.
