Goes great with fish tacos.
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- ¼ c fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- ½ c garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- ¾ c freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 c fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ c olive oil
In a blender, place all ingredients except olive oil.
Blend on low speed while drizzling the olive oil into the blender to emulsify.
