Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cubed stew meat
  • 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2-4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ c water
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • couple dashes garlic salt
  • couple dashes sharp paprika

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to crockpot, except meat and cream cheeser. Stir to combine, then add meat and mix together.

  2. Cook on low for 8 hours.

  3. Cube the cream cheese just before serving and turn crockpot on high. Stir in cream cheese until combined. Put the lid back on and leave for 10 minutes.

  4. Serve over egg noodles.
