Easy, fast & a family favorite.
- 1 c TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)
- 1 c water
- 16 oz can of pizza sauce
- 6 hamburger buns
- 12 slices of vegan cheese
Boil the water.
Rehydrate the TVP with the water and let sit for 5 minutes.
Mix in the pizza sauce with the TVP.
Split all buns into halves.
Place a slice of cheese on each bun half.
Apply a liberal dose of mix on top of each bun half.
Heat pairs in the microwave for 20 seconds each.
