Herbalife Instant Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Shake

Basic and easy breakfast shake that tastes like apple cinnamon oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla Formula 1 powder
  • 1 c milk / soy / maybe water
  • 1 packet of instant apple cinnamon oatmeal
  • 1 c of ice

Instructions

  1. Put it in a blender and blend for 30 seconds

  2. Note: it's gritty, so presoaking the instant powder may proove useful.

  3. Optional: play the "will it blend" theme song
