Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

  • ½ cup soft (not melted) butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 c flour
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Canned fruit and cut fruit
  • Reserve 1 cup liquid
  • Glaze for top:
  • 1 c juice
  • 11/2 c sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. mix butter, brown sugar, and flour and spread in a pizza pan

  2. bake 10 minutes at 350०

  3. cool

  4. mix sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla and spread on crust

  5. Drain fruit (ex: pineapple, mandarin orange)

  6. slice fruit and arrange

  7. mix glaze and cook until thick

  8. drizzle over top of fruit and cool
