Tapioca Pudding


  • 1 c. honey or other sweetener
  • 3/4 c. tapioca pearls
  • 4 egg
  • 11-12 c. milk
  • 2 T. cornstarch (optional)
  • 4 t. vanilla


  1. Mix honey, tapioca and egg in pan.

  2. If using cornstarch mix it into ½ c. milk prior to adding.

  3. Add milk and cornstarch mixture and let set for 10 minutes.

  4. Bring slowly to a full boil.

  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

  6. Serve warm or cool in serving bowl or individual cups.
