- 1 c. honey or other sweetener
- 3/4 c. tapioca pearls
- 4 egg
- 11-12 c. milk
- 2 T. cornstarch (optional)
- 4 t. vanilla
Mix honey, tapioca and egg in pan.
If using cornstarch mix it into ½ c. milk prior to adding.
Add milk and cornstarch mixture and let set for 10 minutes.
Bring slowly to a full boil.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Serve warm or cool in serving bowl or individual cups.
