Corn Casserole

Great for potlucks and company!! I rarely ever have any leftovers with this dish!!`

Ingredients

1) Melt in 9 x 13 pan in 350 degree oven:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2) Put in a bowl and beat until fluffy, then stir in melted butter,rotating pan
  • to coat while pouring butter out:
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • (or 1 c. plain yogurt)
  • 2 cans regular corn
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • ¾ c. cornmeal
  • ¼ c. flour (or can use more cornmeal)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/3 c. white or brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ ts. soda

Instructions

  1. 3) Bake:350 degrees--50-60 minutes until golden brown/desired doneness.
