Anny's Yummy Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans
  • ¼ c liquid from can of chickpeas
  • 3-5 tablespoons lemon juice (to taste)
  • 1 ½ tbsp tahini
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (to drizzle on top)

Instructions

  1. Drain chickpeas

  2. Save liquid from can

  3. Combine lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt and olive oil in Cuisinart PowerPrep Plus 14 Cup Food Processor. Add liquid from chickpea can

  4. Blend for 3-5 minutes on low until smooth
