Belgian Waffles

Ingredients

  • ½ c war mwater
  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 ¼ c milk
  • 2 c all purpose flour
  • ¼ c butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp brow sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve water in yeast.

  2. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

  3. Let stand for 45 min.

  4. Heat waffle iron.

  5. Pour batter into iron. Cook for 2-3 min or until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown
