Cinnamon Roll Bread

A very yummy breakfast treat. The dough is made the day before so in the morning all you do is warm up the oven and bake bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ c flour
  • 1 ½ tsp yeast
  • 2 tbsp butter +
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1/3 c sugar +
  • 1/3 c brown sugar +
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon +
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Combine ½ the flour, yeast, salt, sugars and cinnamon.

  2. Add melted butter and eggs. Mix

  3. Add milk. Mix

  4. Add rest of flour slowly until the right consistency for bread.

  5. Kneed by hand for a min or two.

  6. Butter bowl and let bread rise in buttered covered bowl for at least 2 hours.

  7. Roll bread out, coat with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar, and sugar.

  8. Roll up into a long tube.

  9. Let rise in pan overnight.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F

  2. Cook for 30 to 40 min.
