Ingredients
- 1 ⅛ c water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp butter, cut into pieces
- ¾ tsp salt
- 3 c flour
- 2 tbsp dry milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp gluten
- 2 ½ tsp yeast
Instructions
Put ingredients in bread machine (in the order recommended by the machine manufacturer) and run on the white cycle.
