Peasant Bread
A simple french bread for bread machine use. Makes a 1.5 lb loaf.
Ingredients:
1 1/8 c water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
3 1/4 c flour
2 tsp gluten
2 1/2 tsp yeast
Instructions:
1. Combine ingredients in bread machine pan in the order listed.
2. Set bread machine for french cycle.
3. Turn bread machine on.
