Polish Beer Rye Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 c flat, room temp beer ( 8oz)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 2 c flour
  • ¾ c light or medium rye flour
  • ¼ c whole wheat flour
  • 3 tsp yellow cornmeal
  • 1 tsp minced raw shallot
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 tbsp gluten
  • 3 ½ tsp yeast

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in bread machine (in the order your machine manufacture recommends) and run on the white cycle.
