Ingredients
- 1 c flat, room temp beer ( 8oz)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- ¾ tsp salt
- 2 c flour
- ¾ c light or medium rye flour
- ¼ c whole wheat flour
- 3 tsp yellow cornmeal
- 1 tsp minced raw shallot
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 tbsp gluten
- 3 ½ tsp yeast
Instructions
Put all ingredients in bread machine (in the order your machine manufacture recommends) and run on the white cycle.
