Scandinavian Light Rye 1.5 Lb

Ingredients

  • 1 ⅛ c water
  • 1 ½ tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 ⅞ c bread flour
  • 1 ⅛ c medium rye flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp gluten
  • 1 tsp gluten
  • 1 tbsp yeast

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the bread machine and run on the white cycle.
