Vienna Bread 1.5 Lb

This is a variant of French Bread. This is a very, very high rising loaf ! (The 2 lb loaf exploded out of my machine. )

Ingredients

  • ½ c water
  • ½ c milk
  • 3 tbsp butter, in pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 c bread flour
  • 1 tbsp gluten
  • 2 ¼ tsp yeast

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the machine and run on the French cycle.
