This is a variant of French Bread. This is a very, very high rising loaf ! (The 2 lb loaf exploded out of my machine. )
Ingredients
- ½ c water
- ½ c milk
- 3 tbsp butter, in pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 c bread flour
- 1 tbsp gluten
- 2 ¼ tsp yeast
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in the machine and run on the French cycle.
