Virginia Light Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 c milk
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 6 tbsp butter, in pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 ¼ c flour
  • 2 ½ tsp yeast

Instructions

  1. Put in bread machine and run on dough cycle. Or combine with mixer, and let rise for 1 hour.

  2. Shape into rolls. Let double in size, about 45 min

  3. Preheat oven to 375 deg F

  4. Bake for 18-25 min, until golden brown
