Ingredients
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cup evaporated milk
- ½ cup butter
- 2/3 c chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ gal. vanilla ice-cream, softened
- 1 lb Oreo cookies
- 1 ½ cup crushed nuts-peanuts
- ½ cup melted butter
Instructions
Mix powdered sugar, evap. Milk, butte, chocolate chips
Boil for 8 min. stirring constantly
Add vanilla and cool
Soften ice-cream
Crush Oreo cookies
Add ½ cup melted butter
Spread in 9x13 pan
Place in fridge to set
Spread peanuts over crust then the softened ice cream
Cover with boil mixture and freeze
