Ingredients
- 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 ready to use graham cracker crumb crust (6oz or 9 inch)
Instructions
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
Add eggs; mix until blended
Pour into crust
Bake at 350⁰ for 40 minutes or until center is almost set
Cool
Refrigerate 3 hours or over night
Flavor variation:
Stir ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips into batter
Sprinkle with additional ¼ cup chips before baking
