Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ready to use graham cracker crumb crust (6oz or 9 inch)

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.

  2. Add eggs; mix until blended

  3. Pour into crust

  4. Bake at 350⁰ for 40 minutes or until center is almost set

  5. Cool

  6. Refrigerate 3 hours or over night

  7. Flavor variation:

  8. Stir ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips into batter

  9. Sprinkle with additional ¼ cup chips before baking
