Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 c water
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 2 ½ cup tsp yeast
  • 2 c white flour and 1 ½ cup wheat flour
  • ½ cup powdered milk or dry butter milk
  • 1 tsp gluten

Instructions

  1. Mix dough together until soft mixture

  2. Roll out to ¾ inch thickness

  3. Butter then sprinkle with liberal amounts of cinnamon sugar

  4. Roll up and pinch end into roll

  5. Cut into 1 inch slices

  6. Put in pan and let rise until double

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes

  8. Top with powdered sugar glaze
