Ingredients
- 1 c water
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 c sugar
- 2 ½ cup tsp yeast
- 2 c white flour and 1 ½ cup wheat flour
- ½ cup powdered milk or dry butter milk
- 1 tsp gluten
Instructions
Mix dough together until soft mixture
Roll out to ¾ inch thickness
Butter then sprinkle with liberal amounts of cinnamon sugar
Roll up and pinch end into roll
Cut into 1 inch slices
Put in pan and let rise until double
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
Top with powdered sugar glaze
