Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup flour
  • ¾ cup cornmeal
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 c milk
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Add wet ingredients

  3. Blend just until mixed

  4. Put in 8 or 9 inch sq. pan

  5. Bake at 400⁰ for 20-25 min

  6. Double ingredients for 9x13 pan
