Ingredients
- 1 c hot water
- ½ cup butter
- 1 c flour
- 4 eggs
- Filling
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 c milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Boil together water and butter
When butter is melted, stir in flour
Remove from heat and stir until a smooth paste
When cool, add 4 unbeaten eggs one at a time, stirring 5 minutes
Drop on cookie sheet
Makes 12 large cream puffs
Bake 15 minutes at 425०
30 minutes at 350०
Filling
Mix sugar and flour in a pan
Add milk, whisk well
Cook on medium heat until thickened
Add small amount of cooked mixture to beaten egg
Then add egg mixture to milk mixture
Cook 3-5 minutes stirring constantly
Add vanilla
